Due to popular demand we now offer guided tours of the area. These are tailored to your needs and include airport pick up (Perpignan, Carcassonne or Girona) bed and breakfast and a tour of the area.

These tours have been designed for people who are not familiar with this beautiful part of France and would like to save time by spending the day being driven around, seeing what the area has to offer, and what typical houses in all price ranges look like.

During these tours we will be happy to explain how the property process works, discuss the current property market and what you can expect to get for your money.

Our tour will include looking at examples of typical villages and all the different styles and types of houses (Mas, Maison de Maitre, Maison de Village etc) that can be found here. We have picked up a wealth of local knowledge since moving here so feel free to pick our brains during the day on all matters including renovation, costs, builders, suppliers etc etc.

We will be delighted to arrange a tasting at one of the many wine producers in our area - a nice way to end the day.

All our tours have a personalised itinerary but set out below is a guide to our prices:

• Basic Discovery Tour (400 euros): One full day guided tour in air conditioned car, collection from your accommodation and tour taking in main towns and villages, light lunch included.
• Flying Visit (500 euros): As above plus airport pick up and drop off.
• Bed and Breakfast: From 60 euros per night for a double room. We can arrange this for you locally.

During the tour Tony will be happy to advise on all aspects of the rental market and how and where to advertise your property to maximise its letting potential.

The cost of your Discovery Tour will be completely refunded if you then go on to buy a property through us !
