Basic External Inspection & Report - 38 euros per month:
We will visit your property once a month and check the exterior for signs of damage or where possible, gutters and drains for signs of blockage. Should there be any signs of forced entry we will contact you immediately otherwise we will email or post a report to you. In times of severe weather we will check on the property free of charge.

Fees are payable monthly in advance. (For properties outside 20 km radius of Paziols 1 Euro per km.)

Basic Internal & External Inspection and Report -53 euros per month:
We will visit your property once a month and check the exterior for signs of damage or gutters and drains, where possible for signs of blockage. We will enter the property and check all rooms for signs of damage, leaks and pest infestation. We will flush WC's and run taps to check all is in order.

If there is any sign of damage we will contact you immediately otherwise we will email or post. We will check on the property free of charge after a bout of severe weather. Fees are payable monthly in advance. (For properties outside a 20 km radius of Paziols one Euro per km.)
